Appointment Policies
I understand that things come up. I value your time, and I trust that you value mine as well. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you are delayed in your arrival, your service will end at its scheduled end time, and will be charged full price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being rescheduled, and will incur a late cancelation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost.
Class & Circle Policies
If you are registered for a class, and do not attend, Ubindi will automatically apply your class credit to the next class you book. This policy is subject to change as class attendance increases.
The ‘5 Class’ and ‘10 Class’ Passes are good for 60-minute classes only. The ‘R&R’ Class Passes are good for 90-minute Relax & Restore classes only. Referral Credits are good for 60-minute classes only. Class Passes are not valid for Moon Circle entry.
Class passes and entry fees are non-refundable. Passes may be used for multiple registered students, on a class by class basis, by contacting me directly. This can be arranged by texting 573.246.0803
Class Passes are only valid on group yoga classes, and are not transferable to massage services, retail, or one-on-one sessions.
Class Pass expiration periods are as follows:
5 Class Pass - 60 Days
10 Class Pass - 120 Days
R&R 5 Class - 90 Days
R&R 10 Class - 180 Days
Special Events
Due to limited space and high demand, SPECIAL EVENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
These policies apply to Moon Circles, Sacred Slumber Parties, Workshops, etc. If you are unable to attend, your entry may be transferred to a friend to attend in your place. Attendance must be cancelled no later than 6 hours prior to event start time to be eligible for transfer. All transfers must be requested by contacting me directly at 573.246.0803. Transfers are available solely at the discretion of Wild Rose Wellness.
If no transfer is requested, the attendee forfeits their entry fee.
Class Passes are not valid for Special Event entry.
Inclement Weather Policies
•In the event of wintry precipitation, the studio may be closed
•Generally, if Waynesville Schools are closed for snow, the studio will be closed as well (there may be rare exceptions to this, so please double check social media)
•If the studio is closing, I will EMAIL everyone who is scheduled to attend affected classes
•If you have a one-on-one appointment scheduled, I will TEXT or CALL to reschedule
•Studio closures will be posted on Facebook and Instagram, on the main page and in Stories
•If a Moon Circle falls on an inclement weather day, it will be rescheduled ASAP
